Listen Map is a collection of sound compositions linked to geographic locations. These soundscapes are based on field recordings made at the location and then edited to form an engaging listening experience.
The compositions fall into three broad categories: Natural, Storytelling, and Abstract. An example of a natural soundscape is 'Blue Lakes Road Birds At Dawn' presenting natural elements directly from the field. 'Mineral King' tells an audio story of a visit to Sequoia National Park. 'Metro Haze' is an abstract study in which sounds are modified to evoke the mood and feeling of this particular location.
